TRICIA BRZOSTOWICZ has practiced intellectual property prosecution since 2000. She began her career in patents in DuPont’s legal group serving biotech and chemical engineering teams. Since becoming an independent practitioner in 2015, she’s accrued over 40 issued patents for her clients in various technology areas from magnetic field sensors, medical devices, vapor cell technologies, chemical synthesis, heavy equipment fields, GUI systems, mechanical devices, to consumer products. She has successfully prosecuted patents around the globe, working with foreign counsel to attain worldwide rights for clients.
Tricia formed Superior Patent Group in 2012 prosecuting under a patent attorney until 2015 where, in addition to drafting and filing patent applications, she contributed to ex-parte filings, litigation support, infringement analysis, copyright, and trademark filings. Also having served in a 2026 Vault top 20 intellectual property law firm, Tricia honed her experience in the pharmaceutical and foreign filing areas.
